International Shipping With eCourierz


International shipping policies differs from one country to another. If you want your package to arrive at its destination without any hiccups, you’ll need to make sure that you’re selecting the correct customs clearance process.Hence one must need to know the details to keep track of it for smooth shipping. The following steps will give you the details that you will need to do if you want to deal with International Shipping
Step 1:
Select “International” option

Step 2:
Fill the pin codes of “Source” and “Destination”
Select “Courier Type” and fill the dimension, weight and other details and click “Search & Book”

Step 3:
Choose your desired courier partner and click ”Book a Free Pick Up”

Step 4:
Click “I Agree” button to follow the defined rules.
 
Step 5:
Fill all the pickup and delivery details and click “Confirm Order” button to complete booking
 
Step 6:
Booking confirmation page will be displayed with “Reference Number” along with “Order Summary”
Step 7:
You will get a call from eCourierz customer care on booking confirmation, submit the “KYC documents” to the given email id. 

Documents for NON Commercial Shipment:
  • Shipment Invoice Copy
  • KYC - Shipper ID Proof & Address Proof same as pickup location
  • Non Dangerous goods Self Deceleration Certificate if applicable

Documents for Commercial Shipment:
  • IEC - Importer Exporter Code - Copy
  • Shipment Invoice/ Packing List Copy - 4 Copies
  • KYC - Company ID Proof & Address Proof same as pickup location
  • Non Dangerous good Self Deceleration Certificate if applicable
  • AD Code Letter from Bank
  • Previous Shipping bill copy for reference
  • MSDS / COA/ SDF
Step 8:
Label,Tracking Number and Invoice of the shipment will be emailed. Take print of label and affix the label on the parcel and tracking ID will help you to track the parcel easily.
